I know that many of you have been frustrated by long wait times for your LED Queens orders during this new pandemic era. I feel your pain. But I have some great news today, queer punks!
LED Queens’ biggest manufacturing partners is expanding its factories and warehouses internationally. This means that LED Fans will see some massive improvements! Here’s what’s happening:
- A new center in Barcelona is now fulfilling orders for us in the EU and the UK. This means that our fulfillment times are back to normal for the EU and UK regions.
- United States wait times are starting to shorten! We have been able to shorten wait times for tights and spandex shorts to just two weeks! Tees are taking about a week longer.
- A brand new Canadian warehouse will open this Fall, and that means our Canadian customers will be able to see times shorten down to just 2 business days. Keep in mind that right now Canadian orders are still experiencing huge delays (between 4-6 weeks), but those wait times will shorten in Q4! Please be patient with us.
- A brand new facility just opened in Brisbane Australia! That means that Aussie LED Fans will now get their LED products super fast and will be able to bypass customs fees and tariffs. We are happy to say we are fulfilling orders in just about 3-5 business days. Those improvements are effective right now!
