About Us

LED Queens Fitness Apparel is an American maker of fitness apparel based out of the United States. Our products are manufactured at scale and we ship wold wide. We don’t do any custom work, tailoring or made-to-order products. We are a proud POC/Queer-owned business. Read out superhero origin story here.

Return And Exchange Policy

For United States Customers

As of July 2022, we no longer offer any returns or exchanges for our United States customers. We made this decision because of the current monkeypox outbreak happening worldwide and in the U.S. We made this decision in order to protect our customers' health, and not our bottom line. All sales of shorts, tights, bodysuits, singlets, tops and hats are final and non-refundable. This means that when you buy any of these products, you are getting a brand-new product sealed securely in plastic packaging. We do not send you any restocked items, because we no longer allow returns or exchanges. If and when the outbreak is mitigated, we will revisit and update our policy.

For International Customers

All sales outside of the United States are final and non-refundable. If your  LED Queens products from your order arrive damaged or with factory defects, you canemail us to get help. 

Shipping FAQ

What’s Your Shipping Policy?

At LED Queens, we provide every single customer a tracking code for their order when it ships. We do not have control over shipping delays by the United States Postal Service, DHL, FedEx and other carriers we use to ship our products. If you have ordered from us, you can track your shipment using ourTrack Your Order portal. 

We do not provide any coverage for orders that are marked by the shipping carrier as being successfully delivered. If your order has had no tracking updates, you can contact us for help.

What if my product is defective when it arrives?

We do offer support and coverage for any of our products that have any defects when they arrive brand-new and in their original packaging. We provide this type of support for both domestic and international orders. If you experience any such issues, please contact us.

How long do orders take to arrive?

United States Orders

Orders take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks to arrive, depending on your location in the continental United States.

International Orders

Shipping times vary widely, and you can expect many delays because of problems currently happening because of supply chain issues, gasoline prices and COVID regulations in each country. But in general, here’s how long orders can take per region:

  • Canada: 1-3 weeks
  • Mexico and Latin America: 4-6 weeks
  • UK and EU: 2-4 weeks
  • Australia and New Zealand: 2-4 weeks
  • Asia: 2-4 weeks

What happens if my order is lost or stolen?

We do not provide any coverage for orders that are marked by the shipping carrier as being successfully delivered. If your order has had no tracking updates, you can contact us for help.
