Shipping policy

At LED Queens, we provide every single customer a tracking code for their order. We do not have control over shipping delays by the United States Postal Service, DHL, FedEx and other carriers we use to ship our products. If you have ordered from us, you can track your shipment using our Returns Portal. 

We do not provide any coverage for orders that are marked by the shipping carrier as being successfully delivered. If your order has had no tracking updates, you can contact us for help.
