At LED Queens, we want you to have the best fitting fitness apparel. We offer free returns and exchanges as follows:
What items are returnable?
- Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment
- Items must be In original condition
- Unwashed and Unworn. This means that trying on the garment on for size is fine, but if it has been worn and used beyond trying it on, it cancels the return.
- In the original packaging
What items are non-refundable?
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Swimwear
Are there any charges for return?
- LED Queens offers free returns for United States customers. We don't offer returns or exchanges on international orders. Orders placed outside the U.S. are final.
How do I return?
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Once we review, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 business days.
