LED Queens offers free returns and exchanges for our United States customers. Products eligible for returns must be unwashed, unworn, and in the original packaging.

Hygiene & Final Sale Policy

To maintain the highest standards for our community, all underwear, bodysuits, and swimwear are final sale and non-refundable for hygiene reasons.

For International Customers

All sales outside of the United States are final and non-refundable.

In the event that LED Queens products or Aztecverse artifacts arrive damaged or with factory defects, please reach out so I can make it right.
