Shipping FAQ

  • As of July 2022, we no longer offer any returns or exchanges for our United States customers (nor our international customers). We made this decision because of the current monkeypox outbreak happening worldwide and in the U.S. We made this decision in order to protect our customers' health, and not our bottom line. All sales of shorts, tights, bodysuits, singlets, tops and hats are final and non-refundable. This means that when you buy any of these products, you are getting a brand-new product sealed securely in plastic packaging. We do not send you any restocked items, because we no longer allow returns or exchanges. If and when the outbreak is mitigated, we will revisit and update our policy

  • APRIL UPDATE: We have resumed shipping to Australia and New Zealand

  • All orders ship with a tracking number. You can always check the status of your order on our Order Lookup page.
  • We don't offer any expedited or express shipping at this time. However, we plan to offer that in the future, once it's more available.
  • We don't offer returns or exchanges for international orders. Orders placed from countries outside the United States are final. LED Queens is not responsible for tariffs or import fees when our products are received by international customers.

  • We ship from various geographical locations, including the United States, Latvia in the EU, and Mexico. We do this provide value to customers, and to reduce import fees whenever possible. However, we are not responsible for import fees and VAT for international orders.
  • For our customers in the EU, we are happy to announce that almost all our products will be shipped to you from within the EU. The exceptions are: stringer tank tops and wrestling singlets. Those two products ship from the U.S.

European Union Customers Pay VAT

the European Union put into effect new e-commerce tax laws on July 1, 2021. Here's what our EU customers need to know:

  • When EU customers purchase any products from LEDQueens.com, they will have to pay VAT, even if the product is fulfilled from inside the EU.
  • This new change affects all companies that do business with EU countries. In other words, if you are used to buying products from American stores like mine, you can expect to see VAT charges at checkout.
  • This change affects citizens and residents in all EU member countries.
