LED Queens Fitness Apparel is an American maker of fitness apparel based out of the United States. Our products are manufactured at scale and we ship wold wide. Return And Exchange Policy (Updated 2025)
For United States Customers
We offer FREE returns and exchanges for United States customers. Products can be returned or exchanges if they meet the following criteria:
- They have been purchased within the last 45 days
- They are unworn, unwashed and they are still in their original packaging
In order to keep customers and LED Queens employees safe from communicable infections, we ask that customers try on the following products while wearing underwear beneath: tights, shorts, wrestling singlets, joggers and bodysuits. Any products returned to us with stains, markings or bodily fluids will void any possible refunds or exchanges.

For International Customers
At this moment, we don't offer any returns or exchanges for international customers. The main reasons for this change are the policies being enacted by the United States government that discourage international trade and commerce. We hope to be able to amplify our offerings when those policies change for the positive.

Shipping FAQ
What’s Your Shipping Policy?
At LED Queens, we provide every single customer a tracking code for their order when it ships. We do not have control over shipping delays by the United States Postal Service, DHL, FedEx and other carriers we use to ship our products. If you have ordered from us, you can track your shipment using our Track Your Order portal.
We do not provide any coverage for orders that are marked by the shipping carrier as being successfully delivered. If your order has had no tracking updates, you can contact us for help.
What if my product is defective when it arrives?
We do offer support and coverage for any of our products that have any defects when they arrive brand-new and in their original packaging. We provide this type of support for both domestic and international orders. If you experience any such issues, please contact us or visit our Returns Portal.
How long do orders take to arrive?
United States Orders
Orders take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks to arrive, depending on your location in the continental United States.
International Orders
Shipping times may vary by country and shipper, and we provide tracking URLS for every purchase you make.
What happens if my order is lost or stolen?
