We offer FREE returns and exchanges for United States customers. Products can be returned or exchanges if they meet the following criteria:
In order to keep customers and LED Queens employees safe from communicable infections, we ask that customers try on the following products while wearing underwear beneath: tights, shorts, wrestling singlets, joggers and bodysuits. Any products returned to us with stains, markings or bodily fluids will void any possible refunds or exchanges.

Purchases made by customers outside the United States are subject to taxes, VAT and customs fees. The customer is responsible for those costs. Please keep that in mind as you place your orders.
We offer paid returns for international customers. Products can be returnedif they meet the following criteria:

At LED Queens, we provide every single customer a tracking code for their order when it ships. We do not have control over shipping delays by the United States Postal Service, DHL, FedEx and other carriers we use to ship our products. Orders take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks to arrive, depending on your location in the continental United States.
